Burnett Dairy Cooperative had built a strong foodservice business with its fantastic line of farm to table cheese, but was looking for ways to engage it’s customers on a deeper level. Through careful customer research, we uncovered insights that led to building a new foodservice website and sales portal. The new website showcases the foodservice offering and Burnett brand story, but also offers restaurant owners a dedicated portal with tools to market their own businesses and be more proficient on social media.
