As a major global player in cardiac rhythm management, Sorin (now called LivaNova) offers
innovative options that address the needs of patients and healthcare professionals ranging
from implantable cardiac defibrillators and pacemakers to systems for cardiac
resynchronization therapy (CRT).
We were charged with creating a US product launch campaign for their revolutionary, new
product: Reply®. Its algorithm was designed to use “intelligent” management to significantly
reduce ventricular pacing by adjusting the heart’s rhythm in a more “natural” way.
To showcase the product’s “natural” ability to adapt to the patient’s needs, we built a
campaign around nature itself, telling an engaging story about how animals and insects
naturally adapt to survive and thrive – the same way that Reply enables the patient’s heart
rhythm to adapt to changing activities.
In the end, the campaign proved to be a huge success and we were asked to work with their
global team to carry over the campaign to the EU divisions.
